For the first time this activity was conducted in our school .Firstly in the assembly teacher explained that water has no color, no taste and no shape .Then the forms of water – water, vapour and ice were explained. Children learned that ice is the solid form of water. Colour was added to the water and then poured water in different container, balloons, glove before placing in the freezer .Next day surprise awaited children in the assembly, colourful water had taken shape of different containers and was not flowing anymore! Different activities like painting, sliding and session on hot and cold was taken by teachers in various class activities. Children loved the transformation of water to ice.
