Green is the color of nature and it is associated with growth, harmony and freshness. Students of Naval KG School, Mankhurd celebrated Green Day on 18.11 2020. All children dressed up in pretty green attire. The children were familiarised with green colour objects and they were encouraged to identify green objects from their immediate surroundings. They also identified the name of various green fruits and vegetables. Teacher also explained the importance of growing more trees and emphasized on the need of taking care of it.  Age appropriate activities were conducted like colouring of leaf and parrot, finger and palm painting etc.
