On 2nd October 2019, India celebrated 150th birth anniversary of Gandhiji. In this occasion, little tiny tots and teachers of Naval KG School, Mankhurd enthusiastically celebrated the Gandhi Jayanti on 1st October, 2019. All the classes assembled in the assembly area of the school. Then, the tiny tots along with their teachers took out “prabhat pheris” around the school & the neighbourhood; holding placards and raising slogans to spread the message of non-violence, truth and patriotism. One student dressed as Mahatma Gandhi led the procession. Students also sang Gandhiji’s favourite bhajan – “Raghupati Raghava Raja Ram”.
