The concept of Black and White colour was introduced on 26 November in the assembly. The assembly area was decorated with black & white balloons and pictures of snowman, rabbit, radish, zebra etc. Children & teachers came dressed in black and white coloured clothes. Teacher narrated the story of “How The Crows Became Black” using handmade puppets. Children were very fascinated by the colour changing crow and enjoyed the transition of crow from white to black. They also learnt that one must be happy with whatever one has and not compare with others. Nursery children were given penguin which was made by their handprint as take away, whereas, LKG children were given panda crown as take away.
